The entry must include: · Contestant's First and Last Name · Parent / Guardian First and Last Name · Home Address · Home Phone Number · E-Mail Address (if you have one) · Age · Year · School Name 3. Entries will not be returned unless specifically requested in writing; in which case, a self addressed stamped envelope must be included with entry. 4. Steer Clear retains the right to use the entry for publicity or educational purposes. |
